You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial learning during your active subscription/enrollment.
You may not:
- Download, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works
- Use Content for teaching/training others (unless expressly permitted)
- Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to access Content
- Share your account or course access with others
04 User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Upload/post harmful, offensive, infringing, or illegal content
- Harass, impersonate, or spam other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Interfere with the Services
- Use Services for any illegal purpose
05 Payments & Subscriptions
- All fees are non-refundable
- Prices may change with notice
- You authorize recurring charges if you select a subscription plan
06 Refund Policy
Cancellation Terms
After making payment to DataPlus AI Academy, customers may request for cancelling the order within 24 hours of payment by contacting support@dataplusai.academy or +917411527327. DataPlus AI Academy reserves the right to accept or reject any cancellation request at its sole discretion, including cases where order processing, dispatch, or service preparation has already begun. Any concerns or disputes will be handled directly between DataPlus AI Academy and the customer.
Replacement Terms
DataPlus AI Academy does not accept any replacement requests under any circumstances. Please review your order before making payments.
Refund Terms
DataPlus AI Academy entertains requests for refunds only in cases of proven defects in product, damage during transit, service issues. To make a request, customers should contact DataPlus AI Academy via support@dataplusai.academy or +917411527327 within 15 days of delivery / service completion with the invoices, order information and supporting information to establish the alleged defects, damages or deficiencies.
DataPlus AI Academy may accept or reject a request for refund at its sole discretion. If DataPlus AI Academy approves the refund request, refunds will be processed within the timeline communicated by DataPlus AI Academy. Any concerns or disputes will be handled directly between DataPlus AI Academy and the customer.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
CERTIFICATES DO NOT GUARANTEE EMPLOYMENT OR SKILL LEVEL.
09 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive damages.
10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
11 Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
